Unlike the treadmill, trekking offers new scenery, different terrain, and requires almost no equipment or training. Besides you inhale crisp fresh oxygen instead of the smelly and stuffy gym air and listen to the soothing sounds of chirping birds and flowing streams rather than the unfamiliar loud noise in a gym.

You're right; trekking helps a lot to relax the mind and calm the spirits if you've had an emotionally difficult week. Many people practice different sports to get rid of negative energy and improve their health, both physical and mental. I also tried trekking, but tennis relaxes me the most of all the activities. I like to practice it, and I almost became obsessed with it. That's why I'm always looking for the best equipment. I like to find out about the right clothes for tennis and shoes, and you can also read about them here if tennis is a passion of yours.
